  • Meet Amanda – Cosmetic Nurse Injector & Founder of Pretty Inside Out.

    Amanda is the heart behind Pretty Inside Out, combining medical expertise with an artistic eye to help clients look and feel their absolute best. Her journey began with a deep passion for helping others gain confidence and feel empowered—and her love for all things beauty started early on.

    After several years in nursing, Amanda decided to follow her dream of medical aesthetics and became a certified nurse injector through the Audrey Rose Institute. From there, her passion for aesthetics took off—she went on to complete advanced injectable trainings across the U.S. and abroad, learning from some of the most sought-after experts in the field.

    In September 2023, Amanda launched her first business, Pretty Needle Nurse LLC, offering treatments in Boston and Bridgewater, MA. Just a year later, in November 2024, she proudly opened Pretty Med Spa in Westport, MA—a beautiful space dedicated to empowering others through confidence and self-care.

    Amanda specializes in customized treatments that enhance and maintain each individual’s natural beauty. She blends the critical thinking of nursing with the creativity of art to deliver results that are balanced, natural, and tailored to each client’s unique features.

    When she’s not in the treatment room, you’ll find Amanda spending time with family and friends, hitting a Pilates class, or keeping up with the latest beauty trends.

  • Meet Brittany, with more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and healthcare, Brittany has dedicated her career to helping people feel cared for — inside and out. She started in hospital patient care before managing a home care agency, where she discovered her love for creating meaningful connections and making others feel seen and supported.

    Her passion for beauty & wellness led her to the spa world, where she spent five years managing a thriving spa and helping launch several successful businesses. Now, as Operations Manager at Pretty Inside Out, Brittany brings her heart for service and her eye for detail to every part of the client experience.

    When she’s not running the show, you can find Brittany brunching with friends, or indulging in anything spa-like. Her favorite role, though, is being “Mom” to her two beautiful girls, Hailey and Ophelia. Brittany’s greatest goal is to be the kind of woman her daughters can look up to — one who leads with love, strength, and self-confidence.

  • Kira Souza is a licensed esthetician and registered dental hygienist with a strong foundation in both health and beauty. She holds associate degrees in General Health Sciences and Dental Hygiene, and is licensed in dental hygiene with a Permit L for local anesthesia, as well as aesthetics. Her background allows her to provide thoughtful, results-driven care to every client she sees.

    Her passion for skincare began with her own skin struggles, which started in childhood and continued into adulthood. That personal experience fuels her mission to help others feel confident and comfortable in their skin. Kira believes in prevention over correction and is always expanding her knowledge to offer the best treatments possible.

    She’s certified in microneedling and dermaplaning through Stonhart Academy, lash lifts, tints, and brow laminations through Elevate Academy, lash extensions through Ch’i Lash, spray tanning through Impressive Glow Academy, and advanced facial massage through the Sarah Maxwell Master School. Her work blends precision with compassion, creating a space where clients feel seen, supported, and cared for.

    Born and raised in Westport, MA, Kira loves serving her local community at Pretty Boutique Med Spa. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking with her two dogs, traveling, and discovering new skincare techniques from around the world.

Her approach combines advanced skincare techniques with a genuine love for self-care, ensuring every treatment leaves you feeling confident, refreshed, and radiant. Julia believes that beauty begins with balance — and her mission is to help each client feel pretty inside and out.



  • With years of hands-on experience in therapeutic bodywork, Susan is dedicated to helping clients feel balanced, renewed, and at ease — both inside and out. Her approach blends deep knowledge of anatomy with an intuitive touch, allowing her to relieve chronic pain, ease muscle tension, and restore a sense of calm and harmony. Whether you’re seeking relief from daily stress or support for long-term wellness, [Name]’s goal is to ensure every client leaves feeling lighter, more relaxed, and deeply cared for.

  • Dr. Howard Kesselman earned his degrees and medical training from Yale and Harvard Medical Schools. He completed affiliated and chief residencies, as well as fellowships in Urgent and Critical Care Medicine, at Massachusetts General Hospital. Over time, he developed a strong interest in Aesthetic Medicine and pursued further education in medical anti-aging modalities, recognizing their potential to enhance his patients’ overall wellness. As a treating and supervising physician in the medical aesthetics field, Dr. Kesselman remains deeply grateful for the opportunity to empower his patients and support their well-being through cutting-edge anti-aging treatments.
